Packages start at $35/student per year.  Teacher and Employer accounts are free.  If cost is a barrier, we encourage you to explore cost sharing opportunities with shadowing partners.  We work closely with Education Success Origin Story, a nonprofit who works with career exploration advocates to fund scholarships for schools who need financial support.  Contact us to help you put together a plan. 

We know you care about your students and want to help them develop the critical thinking skills to succeed long-term.  With over 8 years of experience in developing a job shadowing program, we provide a full-service solution.  Your subscription will include online training modules and one-on-one personalized coaching with tips on finding partners, preparing your students, and sharing your success stories.

As the teacher, you will be able to set up the location for them and manage the dates and times based on their preferences.  Be a partner of choice by sending a weekly automated email with a clean schedule to your shadowing partner, so they know who is coming each day.

Rob and Katie Archibald are co-founders, and they are passionate about unlocking student potential.  Rob started his Health Science Pathway for Maize Career Academy in 2014.  Rob’s state-of-the-art learning pathway has been recognized as one of the best in the state of Kansas, and he has helped dozens of teachers in other cities to leverage his approach.  He has personally helped hundreds of students explore careers in health through hands-on activities and in-person shadowing at local hospitals and clinics.  Katie is the Chief Product Officer for Empowered, an education nonprofit that partners with teachers across the US to share best practices for experiential, principle-based, and economic-driven learning.  Together, they wanted to build something that eliminated the hassles and many of the risks of onsite shadowing for students exploring various career fields. 

For Businesses/Clinics:  

• Add your shadowing opportunity details, easily check boxes of schools that are approved to shadow, indicate the dates and times when students may shadow.
• Receive a weekly report of upcoming shadows via email or view the schedule in the app
• Receive feedback after each shadow to monitor your shadowing experience and identify students with future career interest to add to your talent pipeline

For Teachers:
